This policy explains what data we receive, why we need it and how we protect it.
This is an English translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the Ukrainian text of this page; it prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of Clean Kitty website users is processed. By placing an order or leaving your details on the website, you agree to this Policy. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the GDPR.
2. What data we collect
- name, phone number and email — to place and confirm the order;
- delivery address (city, Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, or postal code and Ukrposhta branch) — to ship the goods;
- order data (items, amount, payment method) — for sales records;
- messages from the contact and partnership forms.
We do not collect payment card data: payment is made on the side of payment services or by cash on delivery.
3. Why we need your data
- processing, confirming and delivering orders;
- contacting you about your order or request;
- resolving disputes and handling returns;
- improving the website and service.
4. Who we may share data with
We share only the minimum data needed to deliver the order with the carrier (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta), and we may share data with payment services to process payments. We do not sell or share your name, phone, email or address with third parties. Analytics and advertising services (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) receive only website visit data, as described in section 7.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored no longer than necessary to fulfil the order and meet legal requirements. We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
6. Your rights

7. Cookies
The website uses cookies for the cart, as well as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) for visit analytics and advertising. These services receive data on page views, add-to-cart actions and purchases (order amount without your contact details), plus technical browser data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some website features may then not work properly.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
